Saadan logistics provides customer-centric support with the ability to update any client, any time, about the status and location of its cargo. Saadan logistics heavily invests in technology to create unique customized systems and applications. Each vehicle is outfitted with a GPS tracking unit and our tracking team speaks with drivers at minimum twice per day. We have developed our own fully customised transport management tracking system that is directly integrated with our SAP enterprise management program allowing efficient monitoring of driver performance and automatic alerts in case of speeding, night driving, or a deviation from the route.

All drivers operating our vehicles have years of experience transporting in the region, and many have long tenures working with the company. Training is paramount to our success and our in-house driver training programmes lead the field in delivering relevant and meaningful content. Our low accident rates attest the success of the programs. Driving is restricted to daylight hour only, and drivers are monitored to ensure they are in a safe parking area by sunset.

Our fleet maintenance system allows preventative maintenance on our reliability and delivery times. Saadan logistics runs extensive workshop facilities at all of its sites with a full team of qualified welders, painters, mechanics, tyre technicians and electricians. Our tyre management application integrates a Bluetooth enabled probe measuring both tread depth and air pressure. Our stores keep an extensive inventory of replacement parts and consumables on site to allow for quick turnarounds in servicing.
