Esau Ng’umbi is a Senior Communication Officer at ELICO Foundation, bringing over seven years of experience in journalism, strategic communication, and multimedia storytelling.He is a multi-award-winning journalist with a strong background in editorial leadership, digital media, and content production. Before joining ELICO Foundation, Esau worked as an Editorial Coordinator and Multimedia Journalist at Nukta Africa,He also served as a Program Manager and Radio Presenter at Shamba FM in Iringa. Esau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania. He is a 360-degree storyteller with strong expertise in audio, video, and written storytelling, and is passionate about using storytelling to drive social impact and development..

Nipael Obadia Msuya is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and finance professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam. She currently serves as a Finance and Administration Officer at ELICO Foundation, where she supports financial management, reporting, and administrative operations. Nipael brings experience from her previous roles at Green Integration Company and Maendeleo Bank, where she strengthened her expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance. She is known for her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to transparency and accountability.With a solid background in both nonprofit and financial sectors, Nipael is passionate about delivering accurate financial insights and contributing to organizational efficiency and sustainable impact.
